Q. How do I place my order on the website?
- Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to view other products or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment.
- On the "Login" page, you'll need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you'll need to register an account before you can proceed with your payment.
- Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page, then click the "Next" button
- Select your preferred shipping method, then click the “Next” button.
- Select your preferred payment method, then click the “Next” button.
- After completing the above steps, reconfirm your billing details and agree on the Terms & Conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.
Q. What are the available payment methods?

Available via Paypal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds) or via Ipay88 (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking).
2. Invoice / Cheque / Offline Bank Transfer

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, but only orders that are in Pending Status can be cancelled. Orders that are still shipping or has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, send an email to our customer service email at email@example.com with the subject title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the order cancellation.
Q. My order has an error. Can I get it replaced or refunded?

Free standard shipping via SkyNet for orders above RM100.
Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
As the MCO has been implemented, please expect delays in delivery. Our website www.osn.com.my will still be taking orders and we will be sending out your orders periodically, every week. You'll receive a tracking link in your email inbox as soon as your order ships. Under normal circumstances:
All orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed. Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 business days for West Malaysia via Skynet. Due to lockdown restrictions, please expect a delivery period of up to 7 days for East Malaysia.
For Singapore and international deliveries, it may take up to 7 working days or more to be delivered.
