General
All OSN products are safe for all ages including elderly and babies. Our youngest customer was ten days old when she first started consuming Active Guard! For parents, we recommend biting the soft gel and squeezing out the paste for your child.
All OSN products are made with 100% natural and plant-based ingredients which are safe for vegetarians and vegans to consume.
OSN Product Information

We recommend consuming 2 to 4 soft gels per day to maintain good health. Best consumed on an empty stomach such as before breakfast every morning. However, if you are currently feeling unwell or facing any health concerns, we recommend consuming 8 to 10 soft gels per day until your health stabilises.
- For Active Guard: If your product doesn’t display any whiteish discoloration, it is still safe to consume.
- For Active Greens and Activia: If your product doesn’t contain any clumps or solidified powder at the bottom of the container, it is still safe to consume.

Membership & Loyalty Points
Loyalty Points are points that you earn whenever you, or a referral, makes a purchase on our online store. Once you’ve collected enough Loyalty Points, you can choose to cash out or convert to Store Credits to save on your next order.
Store Credits can be used to make purchases on our online store. Although there is no direct way to earn Store Credits, you can convert Loyalty Points to Store Credits to use later.
You can convert Loyalty Points to Store Credits at My Account page, or directly at checkout. However, Store Credits cannot be converted back to Loyalty Points once they are converted.
You can submit a request to cash out your Loyalty Points at My Account page. Submissions are reviewed at the end of every week, and provided there are no further issues, your payout will be processed by the following Tuesday.
Each payout is subject to a 2% transaction fee which is calculated by the system automatically. This feature is available for Malaysian bank account holders only.
Each time your referral makes a purchase on our online store, you will earn Loyalty Points! Gain more referrals to earn more Loyalty Points, and eventually become an OSN Ambassador to earn accelerated points on each purchase.
There are a few reasons this could happen:
- You’re not a member or you’re not logged in. Make sure to login to your account before making any purchases!
- You haven’t made a purchase in the last 6 months. Loyalty Points are only awarded to active shoppers.
- You’re spending Store Credit or using discount codes. Loyalty Points can only be earned from purchases using cash.
- Your Loyalty Points may not be reflected yet because points balance are updated daily at midnight.

Product pages only reflect the baseline points earned by all customers. As an OSN Ambassador, your accelerated points will be reflected accordingly on your My Account balance.
As we recently migrated to a new website, existing users will need to reset their password for safety and privacy reasons. You can do this by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
Return and Exchange Policy
General Policy: At OSN, we prioritize the quality of our products and perform three rounds of stringent quality checks to ensure that the goods you receive meet our high standards. As a result, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds on our products. We understand that unforeseeable situations can occur, and we want to address those cases to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following exception to our general policy:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving OSN products. (Exceptions apply.)
Note: This return and exchange policy is subject to change without notice, and the most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
Damaged products are defined as follows:
a. Active Guard: Products showing white spots or discoloration that were not caused by customer mishandling.
b. Activia and Active Greens: Products that develop wet clumps, excluding cases where the products have been stored for more than 3 years.
c. Oral SPA Toothbrushes: Products with motors that stop working within 3 months of initial purchase, excluding cases where product has been submerged in water for longer than 30 minutes and dropped from a height taller than 2 stories.
If you have received a damaged product that falls within the defined criteria, please follow these steps to initiate the return and exchange process:
a. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the damaged product by emailing us at info@osn.com.my WhatsApp us at +6011-1623 1153.
b. Provide the following information in your communication:
Order number
Product name
Nature of the damage
c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.
d. Once we receive the damaged product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our defined criteria for damage. If the product qualifies, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Please note that this policy does not cover:
a. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer.
b. Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
c. Damage claims when we are not notified within 3 days upon receiving the products.
